About the Gong Bath

The gong is a powerful yet subtle instrument that works beyond the thinking mind. Its vibrations move through the body, soothing the nervous system, supporting emotional release, and inviting the whole being into balance.

As the sound unfolds, brainwaves naturally slow from the busy rhythms of daily life into deeper meditative states. In this space, the body can rest, the mind can soften, and a sense of inner harmony may emerge.

Many people experience:

• Deep relaxation and improved sleep

• A quieting of mental chatter

• Renewed energy and emotional clarity

• A feeling of peace, grounding, and connection

Each experience is unique, and you are invited to simply receive whatever arises.

Preparing for Your Session

To support your comfort, you may wish to bring:

• A blanket or duvet

• A pillow

• A mat or bedding to lie on

• An eye mask

• Water

You are welcome to bring a reclining chair or anything else that helps you feel fully supported.

This is a still, meditative experience rather than a physical practice.

Important Considerations

Gong baths may not be suitable for:

• Women in the first trimester of pregnancy

• Those with pacemakers

• Individuals with sound-induced epilepsy
