I offer a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can fully be yourself—whatever your gender, sexual orientation, relationship style, or erotic preferences. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you face in your relationships and with sex, with openness and compassion.
I work both online and in person in Poole, Dorset. I also offer sessions beyond the traditional therapy room—sometimes in nature, by the beach at Sandbanks or in peaceful woods.
I am an Accredited BACP Registered Psychotherapist and Supervisor.
After qualifying as a Therapeutic Counsellor, I felt something was missing a deeper, more spiritual element to the counselling process. This led me to train as a psycho-spiritual psychotherapeutic counsellor, using a transpersonal approach. This means I look at all aspects of people’s lives – mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual, with an emphasis on the role of a healthy spirit in healing.
I am strongly influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS helps people understand and heal their ‘wounded parts’ and identify the parts that try to control and protect them from the pain of their wounded parts.
Additionally, I am a trained sound therapist, using the gong for meditation and relaxation in the community. This sometimes comes into the therapeutic space for grounding and somatic experiencing.
I have now completed my Level 7 with Middlesex University's London Diploma for Psychosexual and Relationship Therapists
I am a fully Accredited Member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists)
I’m a Student member of CORST, the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.
If you're interested in experiencing therapy with me, feel free to reach out to discuss how we can work together.
