Psychosexual & Relationship Psychotherapy

Individual or couple • 1 hour – £80  |  90 minutes – £110

I offer a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can fully be yourself—whatever your gender, sexual orientation, relationship style, or erotic preferences. Together, we explore the challenges you face in relationships and with sex, with openness and compassion.

Where I Work

I work both online and in person in Poole, Dorset. Sessions sometimes take place outside the traditional therapy room—in nature, by the beach at Sandbanks, or in peaceful woodland settings.

Qualifications & Membership

I am an Accredited BACP Registered Psychotherapist and Supervisor. After qualifying as a Therapeutic Counsellor, I felt something was missing—a deeper, more spiritual element to the counselling process. This led me to train as a psycho-spiritual psychotherapeutic counsellor using a transpersonal approach, which considers all aspects of a person’s life: mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual, with an emphasis on the role of spirit in healing.

I have now completed my Level 7 Middlesex University London Diploma for Psychosexual and Relationship Therapists. I am also a member of COSRT—the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists—and a fully accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

My Approach

I specialise in EMDR therapy for trauma and unprocessed material, particularly in the realms of sexual and relational difficulties. EMDR helps us access and process stored experiences that may be affecting intimacy, trust, or connection—allowing blocked patterns to shift at a deeper level.

I am strongly influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps people understand and heal their ‘wounded parts’ while identifying those that try to control and protect us from pain. Rather than fixing or silencing these parts, we gently build a relationship with them, allowing healing to emerge from within.

Additionally, I am a trained sound therapist, using the gong for meditation and relaxation in the community. This practice occasionally enters the therapeutic space for grounding and somatic experiencing.

This integrative approach offers a safe, attuned space where lasting change can unfold at your own pace—honouring the full complexity of who you are: mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
