Celebrating the end of the year, creating space that is special, surrendering to the gongs, writing on paper what does not serve you from the year and tossing it in the fire. Celebrate the New Year Eve and let it unfold for you.
The Gong Bath will be Poole, Spiritualist Church
PLEASE NOTE if you are not familiar with where you are going do set out a little bit before time.
there are no refunds or change to another date if you cannot attend. Please gift your ticket to someone or let us know and we can gift it.
3:30 for a prompt start for 4pm or from 5:30 For a prompt start for 6pm. Doors close 5mins before start time and no late entry allowed as when people relax they need to feel safe.
We will have paper to write and we can burn what you want to leave behind you from the year or toss in intentions to unfold for the new.
The Gongs will play for an hour and on leaving we can throw our pieces of paper into the pot to burn
We will offer you a candle to take home with you to light, to welcome the new year in when you are safely in your home.
What do I bring with me?
please bring something to lay on which is soft, a pillow, blanket, reclining chair (what ever makes you comfortable ) and water. Make sure you are cosy.

The Gong is a psychoacoustic gateway to heightened states of awareness and consciousness. It is an ideal tool for stress reduction, stimulation of the glandular system, and to break up emotional blockages. When skilfully played, gongs stimulate and resonate all cells in the human body simultaneously and recalibrate the parasympathetic nervous system.
“Gong baths”, known as sound therapy “bathe” you in the sound of the gong. The sound shifts your brainwaves from Beta (waking state) to Theta/Delta levels, taking you into a healing, meditative state using the vibrations of the instrument.
It relieves stress and insomnia and boosts your mental capacities and energy levels. You leave feeling revitalised and at peace with yourself. No experience needed. All you need is a blanket/duvet, pillow and whatever else you need to lie comfortably for more than an hour (Bring a mat that will cushion you well, the more comfort you have the better).
This is not an exercise session, it is a deep nourishing and uplifting meditation
