Join Scania at Gaunts House to celebrate the approach of the Summer Solstice using the power of nature and sound in a wooded area at Gaunts House (beautiful spot), Gongs and hammocks. This will be deeply restoring, powerful and held in nature.
Arriving into the space: taking time to get comfortable and finding the hammock for you.
Composting our old ideas and using the energy they hold to make new and fertile soil for creativity.

We will have the cauldron to throw any intentions, wishes into and allow the smoke to mingle with the sky after the session.
Join me at Gaunts house. Rain or shine this event will go ahead. Just wear wet weather gear (gongs can go under a cover)

this event is non refundable or transferable you are more than welcome to pass your tickets on to someone else or gift them to someone who cannot afford to come. In the event of extreme weather warning this event will be cancelled and new date given.

What time do I need to arrive?
Please arrive 20mins before session, so I can meet you at the car park and take you to the location that we will be using. Please text me if you experience a problem and you will not be at the meeting point 20mins before the start 07929379918

When you arrive park your car in the car park (which is sign posted as CAR PARK and looks like a tennis court) this is next to the stable block. Or under the trees.
We will meet at the car park 20mins before the start time and walk to the location. If you are not familiar with driving to Gaunts House leave yourself plenty of time so you don’t arrive flustered.
Its about unplugging, calming the nervous system and just allowing yourself to be.
Weight restrictions: The silky hammocks are a special high-density nylon that can hold 20 stone each. You can be in them completely creating a womb like feeling by zipping them up or you can be upright in a supportive holding way.
The hour will be deeply restoring and relaxing.
What do I need to bring? All you need to do is lie down in the cocoons (hammocks), make yourself comfortable and listen, allowing the sound waves to bathe you. Absolutely no effort is required. Bring blankets, sheepskin, sleeping bag and small pillow for your comfort. Hot water bottle if you have one. If it rains the event will still take place so bring either wet weather gear for the hammock. If you are not in a hammock bring something suitable to lay on the forest floor.
*this is not suitable for women in their first trimester (3 months)
Also if you have a pacemaker check with your health provider if sound vibration is a contraindication.
